{"id":92,"date":"2020-03-08T14:41:42","date_gmt":"2020-03-08T14:41:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/skituren.no\/hytteblog\/?p=92"},"modified":"2020-03-08T14:41:42","modified_gmt":"2020-03-08T14:41:42","slug":"oppdatert-status-for-arbeidet-med-annorseter-avlopslag","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tann-annorseter.no\/en\/oppdatert-status-for-arbeidet-med-annorseter-avlopslag\/","title":{"rendered":"Oppdatert status for arbeidet med Annorseter Avl\u00f8pslag"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Styret har mottatt f\u00f8lgende informasjon om arbeidet med Annorseter Avl\u00f8pslag:<\/h3>\n<p>Det arbeides parallelt med mulig l\u00e5nefinansiering, tillatelser fra kommunen, tilbudsinnhenting fra entrepren\u00f8rer og budsjettering.<\/p>\n<p>Det er i dag 20 interessenter og det er utarbeidet forel\u00f8pige budsjetter som fordeler kostnadene p\u00e5 2 ulike tiltak: Dette er: 1 Renseanlegget og 2 ledningsanlegget fra den enkelte hytte og ned til selve renseanlegget i bunnen av hytteomr\u00e5det. Det er foresl\u00e5tt at kostandene til selve renseanlegget fordeles likt p\u00e5 alle og at kostnader til avl\u00f8psledningene betales i henhold til reell lengde.<\/p>\n<p>Det arbeides med \u00e5 formalisere et sameie eller avl\u00f8pslag som skal eie og drifte anlegget. Hvordan dette skal organiseres er enn\u00e5 ikke endelig avgjort. Det skal tas nye jordpr\u00f8ver av jordbeskaffenheten til v\u00e5ren for \u00e5 finne endelig plassering av anlegget og man innser at dette m\u00e5 plasseres lenger unna de nederste hyttene enn det som konsulentrapporten foreslo opprinnelig. Det forhandles med grunneier om endelig plassering.<\/p>\n<p>De som \u00f8nsker \u00e5 vite mer om saken eller eventuelt \u00f8nsker \u00e5 tegne seg som interessent, bes kontakte Nikolai Olsen p\u00e5 mobilnr. 934 10\u00a0777 eller ved epost\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:nikolai@soeiendom.no\">nikolai@soeiendom.no<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Forel\u00f8pig er det ingen andre kjente planer for avl\u00f8psanlegg i hytteomr\u00e5dene. Det minnes igjen om at alle som n\u00e5 har opprettet egne eller felles borebr\u00f8nner og p\u00e5 en eller annen m\u00e5te bringer vannet inn i hytta, har et stort ansvar for at all type utslipp gj\u00f8res p\u00e5 en forskriftsmessig m\u00e5te med hensyn til n\u00f8dvendig rensing slik at ikke v\u00e5rt felles grunnvann forurenses.\u00a0<a
